Apple Corporation Cuts Pay of its CEO Tim Cook

The Board of Directors of Apple Corporation has cut the salary of company’s CEO Tim Cook. According to details, Apple Corporation set the target of $223.6 billion for sales of all its products in 2016 but the audit in the end of the year showed that the total revenue of Apple company in 2016 under the leadership of Tim Cook remained $216.6 that was $7 billion less than the target.

As a result, the benefits given by the company to Tim Cut have been reduced and he was paid total $8.75 million for 2016 while he was given total salary of more than $10 million in last year 2015.

But the basic pay of Tim Cook hasn’t been cut which is $3 million per annum.
