Google unveiled its Google Pixel 5 a few months before. According to company, the smartphone is manufactured by using recycled plastic and aluminum entirely, but recently a durability test was taken by JerryRigEverything that uncovered the lie behind the Google’s phone pixel 5. The test revealed that it is not completely build using plastic and aluminum; only heavily plastic is used for making the device.

The test showed that the phone is covered in thick layers of plastic entirely. But Google claimed that the material “bio-resin,” is used, which is just another name for plastic alloy, But there is metal under all the plastic, even though you have to dig a little.

Zack couldn’t perform the burn test successfully, because the phone got damaged by digging from the back. However, the phone performed well in the flex test, which did not show any flex when turning from the edges.

With the exception of fake plastic, the Google Pixel is a very strong phone. Furthermore, the phone is IP68 water and dust resistant, which means it should hold well in case of drowning or in a dusty environment.
