At the International Association of Chiefs of Police Conference, Samsung introduced a new smart phone ‘XCover FieldPro’. It is purpose built device by Samsung which ensures the security of user’s information.
XCover FieldPro is excellently featured for enterprise customers from various fields like service technicians, transportation professionals, policeman and professionals from sensitive agencies.

Design and Display
Like all other devices, this smart phone is equipped with rubber padding on its chassis. This smart phone has single camera with a triple LED flash at the back and comes with thick bezels. The chin bezel has three buttons. For emergency push to talk XCover FieldPro has also a dedicated buttons. It is mounted with fingerprint sensor on its back.
XCover FieldPro is certified by MIL_STD-8101 and IP68. It is amazingly can protectable from undesired circumstances like drops, shocks, vibrations, extreme temperatures, rain, blowing dust and 30 minutes in 5 feet of water.
Its display size is 5.1-inch with a screen body ratio of 56.1%. The resolution of this smart phone is 1440×2560. Its aspect ratio is 16:9 and PPI Pixel density is 576.

XCover FieldPro is featured with the processor of Exynos 9810 chipset. It has $GB RAM and 64GB expandable memory.
It is designed with Android 9.0 Pie and will be upgradeable to Android 10 in future.
It also supported for band 14, a dedicated channel used by first responders, ambulances, the Chicago Police department, the Seattle Fire department, FEMA and the US Coast Guard.

XCover FieldPro does not have any exciting camera features. It is designed for rugged usage. It comes with 12MP single shooter with triple LED Flash back camera and 8Mp of lone sensor selfie camera.
Battery and Pricing
XCover FieldPro has 4599 mAh battery with POGO pin charging. It is also provided with an extra battery in it.
XCover FieldPro might not be available for commercial use as it is designed under a government contract. Thus, price of this smart phone is unavailable.
