Apple finally launched iPhone 12 Mini with a complete stalk of all components in a tiny device. The device is typically similar to its other counterparts like iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro but aesthetically it is smaller as compared to those. The main demerit of the devices is that iPhone 12 Mini is housed with a smaller battery which doesn’t performs better as compared to other variants.

The customers are ordering for the device and a few have made a teardown of the iPhone 12 Mini to see that how Apple physically adjusted all hardware in a small device. Let’s have an overview of the phone inside.

First of all we concluded and viewed that the battery mounted in the iPhone 12 Mini is comparatively smaller than that of other models released under the umbrella of Apple. According to iFixit, the 12 mini battery measures up to 8.57 Wh that’s more juice than the iPhone SE variants released earlier in 2020.

However, the iPhone Standard comparatively is stacked on top of a 10.78-Wh battery. It’s marginal, but you can see how the battery life will differ.

Apple has tried to adjust the same-sized camera module as seen in standard iPhone 12 variants. Experts suggest such a level of size-trimming may have come at the expense of battery life. The new MagSafe ring, Taptic Engine, and speakers are all included in the mini, albeit in smaller sizes.

iPhone 12 Mini’s camera has identical f/1.6 wide-angle and f/2.4 ultrawide-angle lenses, as found in a standard iPhone 12, reported teardowns suggest.

Speaking generally, it is assumed that the iPhone 12 Mini is comparatively smaller than iPhone 12 and iPhone Pro and stacks up almost identical to its larger counterparts.

This phone is small, but with big ambitions. Compared to other iPhones released this year, the internals look familiar and the size no longer represents a technical standard. There’s all the new Bleeding A14 bionic chipset running, similar to the standard iPhone 12 edition, saving the same hardware for the battery.
