Recently, Huawei has released a new watch and a new tab while both are aimed for midrange market.

This Honor Pad 2 by Chinese company comes with 8” IPS display with 1080p resolution which has the traditional 16:9 ratio and a metallic back cover. Android Marshmallow is the OS of this tablet.

There is a 1.5 GHz octa core Snapdragon 616 processor present in it along with Adreno 405 graphics. 3 GB is the RAM set in the tab while storage is available in two variants of 16 GB and 32 GB. You can also have voice calling feature in the 4G LTE model.

There is an 8 MP camera with LED flash at back while a 2 MP camera is present at front. The connectivity features include GPS, microUSB, Wi Fi and Bluetooth. 4800 is the capacity of the battery.

For 16 GB model, the price is $149 while you can get 32 GB normal model at $190 and 32 GB LTE model for $220. You can get this model in the end of this month.

Honor Watch S1

A smartwatch has also been introduced by the company which is named Honor Watch S1. This is a circular shaped watch with weight of just 35 grams and is water resistant up to 50 meters of depth.

Several fitness features are available in this watch including a pedometer and a heart-rate monitor. The display colors are not known so far while it runs on proprietary OS. With just one charge, the battery can last for 6 days.

It shows notifications after connected with phone. You can replace variety of things with the usual watch strap. The watch will be available at the end of this month while its price is around $100.
