The current lineup of Apple iMacs has just been updated. The new models come with better Wi-Fi, CPUs and GPUs. Their price ranges from $1299 to $1999.
Along with Iris Pro GPU, the new 21.5 inch model now comes with a 4th-generation 2.7 GHz quad-core Intel Core i5 Haswell processor.
To the new standard 802.11 ac, the Wi-Fi is also updated. This model goes for $1299. You can also buy a model with Nvidia GeForce GT 750M graphics and 2.9 GHz quad-core Core i5 processor for $1499.
The 27 inch model will come with Nvidia GeForce GT 750m graphics and a 4th-generation 3.2 GHz Intel Core i5 haswell processor and will cost $1799.
You can also obtain top-of-the-line 27 inch model with Nvidia GeForce GTX 775M graphics with 4GB memory and a 3.4 GHz Intel Core i5 Haswell processor for $1999.
Both of the iMacs come with 1 TB of storage and 8GB of RAM by default but those can be upgraded to 3 TB and 32GB respectively. The new PCIe-based flash storage which is 50% faster than before is also supported by the latest update.
