One of the biggest events of the year for the industry of smartphone is the announcement made by iPhone. The display size of the new iPhone 6S and 6S Plus are same as before including a 4.7” display with 750 x 1334 resolution for 6S and a 5.5” display with full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution for 6S Plus. But there are also other features.

A new aluminum alloy unibody has changed the design also. The bandage farce has made both these phones much heavier and thicker as 143 g and 192 g is the weight of iPhone 6S and 6S Plus respectively. both are also thicker by 0.2 mm as compared to their previous versions. Now the Ion-X covering of the Apple Watch is their new display.
A9 has Arrived
The new A9 processor has replaced the A8 processor while the A9 is much faster than its predecessor. According to reports, A9 is 64-bit processor which has 90% faster graphics and also 70% faster in CPU tasks. Storage options remained unchanged with 16, 64 or 128 GB.
The co-processor M9 motion is also there but the features have improved. There are also unconfirmed rumors of 2 GB RAM here.
Improved iSight Camera and Retina Flash
The 12 MP iSight camera with 4K video recording has replaced the 8 MP sensor while it has 50% more pixels also. OIS is an important feature of the 6S Plus. Live Photos is a new mode here which can create a short video by recording one second before and after a photo.
5 MP with a unique front flash is the advancement made in the front facing camera. With this “Retina Flash”, you can take 3 times brighter selfies which are also clear due to customized lighting.
Faster connectivity, too. Comes in Pink
You will get faster speeds over both LTE and Wi-Fi on the new iPhones. Now they have 23 LTE bands. The TouchID fingerprint scanner has become much faster while Wi-Fi has also achieved twice speed than before.
After the gold phones, now Apple is coming up with the pink color and Apple is expecting same number of audience for this color also like the gold one.

There is not much alteration in the pricing. $649 is the starting price for 16 GB iPhone 6S and the price changes with upgrading. $749 is the starting price of iPhone 6S Plus.
