The showing of a screen shot of subtly reworked interface for the LG G3 in a leak is the most recent development. It looks like the G3 will be the first smartphone in Europe with 2560×1400-pixel display as the original image is called to be of the quad-HD resolution.
The pixel density of the screen will be of 538ppi as the rumors are that it increased to 5.5” from 5.2”. It is very much possible as also in August last year, LG unveiled a QHD display of 5.5”.
The famous Twitter leaker evleaks has also backed up these rumors. For an LG D850, the evleaks has obtained some code while it has a resolution of 1440×2560. The codename for LG G2 is D802. We’re hoping that this leak will prove correct though the previous leaks about QHD screen has been proved wrong as it was proved wrong about Galaxy S5.
The LG’s octa-core processor ‘Odin’ will provide power for LG G3, according to the rumors. There are eight cores in this out of which four are 2.2GHz Cortex-A15 and the other four cores are 1.7GHz Cortex-A7. It will save the energy as appropriate cores will perform the tasks due to its use of ARM’s big.LITTLE configuration.
There are two rumors about the camera as it could be a 16MP shooter with improved OIS+ technology or it might be the same sensor found in G2, the 13MP. Though, it is not sure but the thing very much possible is that 4k video recording.
