The A200 Canvas turbo Mini smartphone has been launched by Micromax, just after a week of the official release of the A119 Canvas XL phablet. The new A200 features 1GB RAM, Mali-400MP2 GPU and 4.7” 720p IPS, and runs on a quad-core 1.3GHz Crtex-A7 processor.

The rest of the specs include Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, Bluetooth, FM radio, Wi-Fi, 3G with HSPA, dual-SIM, 1800mAh battery, 4GB expandable storage, 720p video recording, a rear 8MP camera and a front 5MP snapper.

Flipkart is offering it also in blue and white flavors, while the Micromax A200 Canvas Turbo Mini has been announced in black. In India, you can have it for INR 14,490.

Meanwhile in Russia, new flagship device of Micromax was introduced along with 12 other affordable droids. In the Russian market, Micromax intends to become a big player and of the manufacturer’s planned expansion, those new phones are the first step.

A350 Canvas Knight is the name of the flagship smartphone and it features a display of 5” 1080p. On an octa-core MediaTek chipset it runs and with a 16MP rear camera, it comes. The design looks a lot like the Huawei Ascend P6 and the latest generation iPhones, with very thin profile of 7.3mm. Very soon, it should become available in Russia. Though, the availability of Canvas Knight outside Russia is not known.
