The Moto G’s Google Play Store version has already received the Android 4.4.4 kitkat update and according to the company, it’s time to start getting by the Verizon users. To Verizon Moto G phones starting today, the OTA update should be seeding now.
The Moto G and Moto X will receive the update simultaneously for the upcoming Android L-release, as confirmed by Motorola. Though, Verizon doesn’t offer the LTE version of the phone but the abovementioned update might also be launch for this version of the phone.
The Moto G has proved much successful for the Motorola. Rick Osterloh, company’s Senior VP of product management, said that it is the highest selling smartphone, without mentioning the exact number.
