New Whatsapp Scam

A new WhatsApp scam has been known recently in which messages are sent to the users of the famous messaging app to install WhatsApp in various colors but the users are then taken to a malicious website having domain resembling to the original domain of WhatsApp. This website redirects the clickers to another website which asks them to confirm being human by sending the link to groups or friends. After completion of all these processes, a chrome extension is then used to install an adware to their computers.

An experienced person knows that WhatsApp never sends updates through messages and such messages are just fake but few new users can easily be trapped through this process which can create problem for them.

The users should not only keep away from such suspicious messages but also avoid to send such messages and links to other users also.
