In India, the 32GB Nexus 7 and Nexus 5 will ship immediately, while after Nov 26, the 16GB tablet will be available. A credit card registered with the Google Play Store is needed by the users to pick one up.

In Hong Kong, the price for Nexus 5 16 and 32GB versions is HK$3,198 and HK$3,588 respectively. The price for Nexus 7 for 16 and 32GB versions is HK$2,398 and HK$2,798 respectively. HK$3,598 is the cost of LTE slate with 32GB.
