HMD Global is Nokia brand partner and launches all Nokia mobile models. Recently 9 Go Edition smart phone also known as Nokia C1 has been launched by the company. The smart phone is currently available in Kenya but very soon will be launched in Nigeria and other countries including Pakistan.

Design and Display

The Nokia C1 is designed with an old school look with thick bezels and plain back. The smart phone is available in black and red colors. The display size of the device is around 5.45-inch IPS LCD technology with the resolution 480×690 and an aspect ratio of 18:9. Comparatively, the mobile is designed with better viewing angles with other TFT display phones. For screen protection it comes with toughened glass to protect screen from breakages and scratches.

Internal and Storage

The Nokia C1 is powered with an unnamed 1.3 GHz quad-core processor. The on board storage of the phone is 1GB RAM and 16GB expandable ROM. The drawback of the mobile is that it comes with a maximum 64GB compatibility of SD cards.

The software of the smart phone is Android 9 Go Edition and no LTE connectivity provided. It just supports Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n). Furthermore, there’s a no problem of slow connectivity as Go apps reduce data usage.

Cameras

At the back of Nokia C1, it is provides with a single 5MP shooter and at the front it comes with a 5MP sensor. And the best thing is that both the cameras are provided with a flash for better videos and imaging experience.

Battery and Pricing

The Nokia C1 is powered by a 2500mAh battery and an old-school Micro USB Port for charging. The smart phone is available in Kenya at the affordable price of $69.
