Now Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) is offering up to 36mbps speed through its next generation wireless broadband “EVO CharJi”. Your device will be enabled with internet speed up to 36mbps in Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi and Islamabad through PTCL’s Char Ji EVO which is a Dongle supported product. It is for sure that with the passage of time, the coverage areas will increase.

PTCL has brought Pakistan among few countries where broadband connectivity with such high-speed is available through its introduction of next generation wireless broadband. Internet browsing and download files from internet are possible at around 20-25mbps with no or little load on the network, as confirmed by the early testers.

PTCL char ji Offer 2014

With usual load on the network, PTCL is hoping to provide 10-25mbps wireless broadband internet to end-users through its Chaar Ji offer. PTCL also mentioned that your device will seamlessly transit to Rev.A and Rev.B networks in the areas where Chaar Ji coverage isn’t available. There, it will offer the speeds of 9.3mbps or 3.1mpbs. 10 simultaneous connections on MiFi Clouds will be supported by Chaar Ji of PTCL.

Device Prices:

Without any free air time, the cost of Charji EVO Dongle (Rev.A Fallback) is Rs. 3000 while with 3 month free air time it will cost Rs. 13,550. The Charji EVO Cloud (Rev.B Fallback) will provide 4 month free air time with the consumer cost of Rs. 15,000.

Monthly Rental

For both prepaid and postpaid customers, the monthly charges for Charji Gold (50 GB) are Rs. 3500 while monthly charges for Charji Chrome (25 GB) are Rs. 2,000 for both prepaid and postpaid customer.

10 GB Bucket for Rs. 500 will be available for both prepaid and postpaid customers upon their exhaustion of package volumes.

Business Rules:

• For postpay, there are maximum 2 postpay bucket charges per month billed in monthly invoice.
