You should rethink about the matter that 3G or 4G are the latest options for mobile broadband as now the scenario has changed.

PTCL has once again come up with its special offer that will surprise everyone. The company has done this before by launching its devices like Nitro and EVO and now it seems to happen again in the market and the trend of internet connection will change.

Our sources have confirmed that the people of Pakistan will be offered with amazing broadband speeds of 36Mbps within about just couple of weeks.

According to our received information, the broadband speed within PTCL’s existing WLL spectrum is up to 7Mbps for data upload and 36Mbps for download for the new technology pioneered by PTCL in Pakistan.

It is also confirmed that PTCL is currently testing on a network in a live environment and there the download speeds crossed over 30Mbps.

The codename of this new project is “Chaar Ji” by PTCL and customers can get actual download speeds from 20 to 25Mbps after its launch.

We got to know through multiple sources that this amazing wireless broadband speed will be available on Wi-Fi dongle devices resembling EVO. This is the thing we have only heard from our foreign friends though PTCL hasn’t confirmed anything yet.

It is known that the initial price of the service will be Rs. 3000/month at the time of launch. These things haven’t finalized yet though we are expecting higher prices after some time due to higher data caps. You can check more details soon as we will get them.

Update

Tests have already been started by PTCL on this 36Mbps download speed technology as it is also mentioned above.
