Redmi is ready to launch the new Redmi K30. The K30 lineup includes Redmi K30 (4G), Redmi K30 (5G), and Redmi K30 Pro. According to leals from various sources the Redmi K30 (4G) and Redmi K30 (5G) will be launched on the confirm date 10th December and Redmi K30 Pro will be launched at the start of 2020.

The complete specifications of Redmi K30 (4G) has been leaked by an Indian leakstar.
Design and Display
According to laeks, the smartphone will come with a 6.6-inch IPS LCD display with an elliptical punch hole attached with dual sensor selfie camera. The refresh rate of display will come with 120 Hz and will provide a toggle between 60 Hz and 12 Hz. This decision seems like a step back considering how the K20 Pro had an almost completely bezel-less display.

Internal and Storage
The the smartphone, according to leaks, will be powered by Snapdragon 730G SoC same as its predecessor Redmi K20 with 64 GB onboard storage. The RAM specification is not yet known. Apart from this, Redmi K30 Pro, K30’s maxed-out sibling, may come with MediaTek’s Dimensity 1000 5G SoC. This was hinted by the Company’s General Manager Lu Weibing in a congratulatory post to MediaTek. It looks like both companies are working as partners again.
The chipset is a viable alternative to the Snapdragon 865 that is expected to release at the start of 2020. If the rumors are believed, adding this chipset to the upcoming flagship will be a huge win for the Taiwanese company.
The smart phone will run on MIUI 11 skinned Android 10.software version.

Cameras
At the back, the smart phone is expected to have a quad-sensor camera with a 60 MP main sensor, 8 MP telephoto sensors, a 13 MP wide-angle lens and a 2 MP depth sensor. At the front, the pill-shaped punch hole will house a 32 MP main sensor with a ToF sensor for 3D facial recognition.
Battery and Pricing
The smartphone will most probably powered with a 4000 mAh battery backed by 27W fast charging. The base variant of the smartphone will be priced at around $284 for the 4G model and $335 for the 5G model.
