Redmi Plans To Launch An Affordable Gaming Smartphone Soon

The Xiaomi’s sub brand Redmi has officially launched two top end series including the Redmi K40 and the Redmi Note 10 series. Now the rumors revealed that the company is planning to to launch an affordable gaming phone. The phone is rumored to be equipped by Dimensity 1200 chipset. According to reports, the new Redmi Gaming Phone will be codenamed as Ares and will have physical shoulder buttons.

Some rumors reveal that the Redmi will likely to launch the gaming phone powered by a 5,000 mAh battery with support for 65W fast charging. It will be built around a flat OLED display with a punch-hole selfie camera and will use the new E4 panel by Samsung.

PlayfulDroid recently reported that there are chances that the phone will come with POCO branding and will most likely be a part of the F-series. According to leaks, the phone is going to be the cheapest gaming phone ever and will be available at the price tag of $300-$380.
