On the Samsung Mobile Press website, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 went live even before the event. The Android 4.4 KitKat powered tablet lacks the S-Pen stylus but is very close to the Galaxy Note 10.1 in terms of specs.

A 10.1 Super Clear LCD with WQXGA resolution is featured by the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 and is powered by either a Snapdragon 800 or an Exynos 5 Octa. The RAM of tablet is only 2GB instead of 3GB on the Note but it will run the latest available version Android 4.4 KitKat at launch.

Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 LTE

With 2MP front facing camera and an 8MP rear camera, the tablet uses the same camera setup. The Exynos tops out at 30fps while the S800 model can record 1080p @ 60fps videos with the rear camera.

Exynos model is limited to Wi-Fi + 3G only, while there is also LTE connectivity in the Snapdragon model. Both feature Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac with USB 2.0, channel bonding and Bluetooth 4.0.

GPS + GLONASS, 16/32GB built-in storage expandable with microSD cards and an IR blaster are also featured in both tablets.

The LTE version weighs 477g while the other is at 469g. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 features an 8220mAh battery and 243.1×171.4×7.3mm is its measurement.
