With the launch of various foldable phones including the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold series and Galaxy Z Flip, the South Korean tech giant, Samsung is preparing to release a foldable Galaxy tablet soon. A new patent granted by United States Patent and Trademark Office USPTO revealed it on 16th February 2021.
Samsung has already released a tablet dubbet the Galaxy Tab S and the tech giant is expected to introduce a new technology in Tab S series if a Foldable Tablet is launched.
Like past, the new patent may expire with the exception of a blueprint and never enter the brand’s commercial lineup. However, the company is expected to roll out the phone / tablet by 2022 with a new rollable / foldable design.
