After the anticipation and demonstrating the concepts for many months, Samsung finally took the cover off of first range of 8K QLED TVs and it is going to be released soon. It is stated that QLED TV will be introduced in the market in the sizes including 65”, 75”, 82” and 85”.  The flagship is Q900R and supports HDR10+, which can optimize automatically the content for brightness and contrast and up to 4000 nits of peak brightness.

8K Upscaling

TVs will be provided in the market with Quantum Processor 8K and you can upscale any content to 8K resolution and it can be one of the biggest features as 8K content is difficult to be introduced.

It can have the support Direct Full Array Elite, which provides better image quality with slight bigger footprint, which is compared to edge LED lighting and the number of dimming zones, which are not known. The previous QLED TVs said to have the 22,000 of those and they are something similar to QLED TVs.

Other Features

The TV uses the single HDMI 2.1 connection to control large amount of 8K data and they need one wire for data and power. The content suggestions can be added by the built in Universal guide and Smart Things give you the respective suggestions.

The ambient mode is one of the Lifestyle features and it can display work of art, background wallpaper or the information including news and weather, when you do not watch something over it. The sale of the TV will be put on next month and the pricing details are not provided till now. The similar TVs have the cost of $10,000 as other similar things are expected here.
