Samsung Z is the first Tizen-powered smartphone just launched by Samsung after having several delays in its launch.
This smartphone comes with 2.2.1 version of Tizen, 2600mAh battery, IR sensor, NFC, LTE, 2.1MP front camera, 8MP rear camera, 16GB Internal memory with microSD card support, 2GB RAM, 2.3GHz quad-core processor and 4.9” 1280×720 Super AMOLED display.
In the home button, the Samsung Z also has a fingerprint sensor and like the one on the Galaxy S5, it also has a heart rate monitor on the back.
Samsung promises fast performance, high tasking web-browsing experience and quick multitasking with Tizen but up until now, nothing appealing or particularly new thing could be seen in this OS. Also like the new Galaxy S5, the UI is quite similar.
The phone will later be introduced to further markets while it will be launched initially in the 3rdquarter of year in Russia.
