Xiaomi Officially Launches Redmi Note 10 Series

The Xiaomi has officially launched the much anticipated flagship series, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 series. The lineup comprises of three variants, the Redmi Note 10, the Redmi Note 10 Pro and the Redmi Note 10 Pro Max.

Design and Display

The Redmi Note 10 is designed same as hed the Redmi K 40. The only difference Is that it has a pilled shaped camera setup while the Redmi Note 10 series comes with rectangular camera setup. The display size of the Redmi Note 10 is 6.43 inch Super AMOLED with a standard 60Hz refresh rate, 1080p resolution, and 20:9 aspect ratio.

The premium variants of the series Pro and Pro Max have 6.67-inch AMOLED panel with a 120 Hz refresh rate and 1080p resolution. Both phones are finished with Gorilla Glass 5.

Internals and Storage

The base variant of the Redmi Note 10 is equipped with Snapdragon 678 and 4 GB or 6 GB RAM and 128 GB or 256 GB onboard storage. On the other hand, the Pro variants are topped by the Snapdragon 732G. Both handsets are available in three memory variants:

6 GB RAM and 64 GB onboard storage

6 GB RAM and 128 GB onboard storage

8 GB RAM and 128 GB onboard storage

The series goes with MIUI 12 based on Android 11 on the software front.

Cameras

The Redmi Note 10, base model comes with a quad-sensor rear camera with a 48 MP Sony IMX582 main shooter that works alongside an 8 MP ultrawide module and two 2 MP sensors for macro shots and depth data. For selfies, it has a 13 MP sensor. The Redmi Note 10 Pro also has same camera specs, but the main sensor is a 64 MP Samsung GW3 mated with 8MP ultrawide snapper, a 5MP tele-macro cam with 2x zoom, and a 2MP depth sensor. The Redmi Note 10 Pro Max is also same but the 64 MP sensor is equipped with 108 MP ISOCELL HM2 sensor. It is 1/1.52-inch in size with 0.7 μm pixels and the default mode uses a 9-1 binning process effectively outputting 12MP shots. Both Pro variants have 16 MP selfei cameras.

Battery and Pricing

The Redmi Note 10 is powered by a 5000 mAh battery with a 33W fast charging while the Pro and Pro Max are fueled with a 5020 mAh also backed by 33W fast charging. The company claims, the phones get charged up to 60 percent within 30 minutes.
