The Chinese tech giant, Xiaomi has issued a patent regarding a technology to avoid the battery hazards for the smartphones. The technology will minimize the issues of battery explosions and bulging. The patent is named as “A Battery Charged Method Device and Medium”. The company issued the patent on 23rd March 2021 with the issuance number CN112542861A.

According to phone maker, the technology will switch phone to a ‘floating charging mode automatically when the phone get fully charged or near to complete charging. In this way it will help in avoiding the explosions and bulging.

After this, the new patented system/software manages and controls the process in real time and confirms that battery doesn’t bulge or explode even at high temperature or high voltage.
