Xiaomi has launched the first handset, Mi 5c with the home baked chipset and now the company has declared the upgraded version of Redmi 4, which is Redmi 4X with the high speed LTE and boost in the performance. The rest of the features of the smart phone are those, which you expect from the Redmi series of the company. The handset has the 5 inch display on the front with the HD resolution and it has 2.5D curved glass to give pleasant look when you handle the smart phone.

Xiaomi says that all-metal smart phone received the design upgrade with the performance boost and this phone is added with infrared emitter and the users can control their ACs, TVs and other remote controlled equipment. The handset, Xiaomi Redmi 4X provides the octa-core Snapdragon 435, which are clocked at 1.4 GHz. There are two RAM/storage combinations with 2 GB/ 16 GB or 3 GB / 32 GB combos.

This smart phone has 13 MP camera on the back with LED flash and there is 5 MP camera on its front side. The users can get Phase Detection Autofocus with rear side camera like original Redmi 4. The smart phone is powered with 4100 mAh battery for the handset with these specs.

The mobile phone supports the LTE downlink speed of 300 Mbps and the uplink of 100Mbps. The smart phone has the optional dual-SIM compatibility with microSD card slot, which you use Hybrid slot. The users will also find the fingerprint scanner on the back of the handset. The mobile phone, Redmi 4X runs the Android 6.0 marshmallow with the MIUI 8.0 out of box.

The handset, Redmi 4X will be provided to the users in Rose Gold, Matte Black and Champagne gold colors. The prices of the smart phone are started at the incredibly low at $100 for 16 GB model or $130 for 32 GB. This mobile phone is provided in China now with the international release and it is expected in the coming months. It is added with decent upgrade on the recently launched Redmi 4A in Pakistan.
