ZTE has announced the Nubia Z5S Mini and Nubia Z5S smartphones officially. In the world’s largest smartphone market, ZTE will be looking to strengthen its position with the new additions.
ZTE Nubia Z5S is the latest flagship smartphone of the company and a 1080p Sharp IGZO display it sports. There’s a support for LTE connectivity and the smartphone also packs 2.3GHz Krait 400 CPU with 2GB of RAM on a chipset of Snapdragon 800.

Z5S comes with a 13MP rear camera with OS with the ability to shoot slow motion videos at 120fps and 4K video. It also has 5MP front shooter camera. 2,300mAh battery provides the juice for Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, on which the handset runs.
The ZTE Nubia Z5S Mini is a more affordable and more compact smartphone and its design is similar to Nubia Z5. The thickness and weight of Z5S Mini is just 120g and 7.6mm respectively. The smartphone is powered by a processor Qualcomm Snapdragon clocked at 1.7GHz and for trouble-free multi-tasking; it also features 2GB of RAM.
Nubia Z5S Mini And Nubia Z5S Mobiles
The 13MP rear camera of the mini variant is just like the Z5S but without optical image stabilization. The device will come with 32 or 16GB internal storage, without microSD slot. On Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, Nubia Z5S runs and LTE connectivity is also supported by it.
The 16GB version of the Z5S mini 3G carries the price tag of CNY 1,499 ($246) in China and the 32GB option can be taken for CNY 2,345 ($348). The 3G model of ZTE Nubia Z5S with 16GB memory is priced at CNY 1,999 ($328), while the 32GB LTE variant costs CNY 3,456 ($567). Of an international launch, there’s no word just yet.
