On Wednesday, Instagram allowed its users to zoom their photos and videos while this feature was waited by the users for quite long time.

Instagram said in a blog post that the users can zoom their videos and photos now on explore, profiles and feed but currently this feature is only available on iOS.

It also said that several changes are adopted in the past six months in Instagram including new icon, longer videos and Instagram Stories while they are still trying to improve the service for their users.

Btu that’s really surprising that they added the basic feature like after taking around 5 years. This feature is a big step towards larger photography but still you can’t rotate your landscape images as its maximum resolution is 1080p while most smartphones have 4K and QHD displays today.
