One day before the announcement, the Chinese site CTech has leaked the specs of iPhone 5S. According to this, the camera is still with an 8MP shooter but now with a wider aperture, F/2.0 instead of F/2.4 of other model, which should have a positive effect on low-light shots and dual-LED flash. The screens and dimensions are exactly the same.

There is a reference to video frame rate being bumped from 60fps to 120fps, though seems to be illogic. Front-facing camera and video recording are the same.
The battery life is marked as improved from 225 hours to 250 hours of standby. The battery capacity is the same and the improvement is due to the new Apple A7 chipset.

Since all of these specs are evolutionary, we’d say they are at least not widely incorrect. The true specs of the new iPhone could be known tomorrow.
