Microsoft Purchases LinkedIn for $26 Billion

When the clients look for the better jobs, Microsoft is providing this opportunity to the people to get some better companies along with their favorite company, LinkedIn. It is announced that the deal has been confirmed for $26 billion and Microsoft will get the IT Company, LinkedIn for $196 per share and it is about 30% more than the market value of $131. The cash transaction of this deal has been done at $26.2 billion.

The board of directors has accorded the approval of this deal and transaction of money from both sides of LinkedIn and Microsoft. This deal of the purchase of LinkedIn will be finalized till end of current year.

Jeff Weiner was function as CEO of LinkedIn and Reid Hoffman was performing as co-founder, chairman of board, and controlling shareholder of LinkedIn and they can continue their working on their posts and they will report to boss of Microsoft, Satya Nadella.

The team of LinkedIn has grown the fantastic business to connect the professionals of the world. He also said that they can increase growth of the IT Company, LinkedIn with Microsoft Office 365 and they will seek the empowerment of every person and the organization across the world.
