Motorola company was going to launch a smartphone having a unique and innovative software of webtop which was the combination of mobile phone and computer. It was unique enough to replace the demand of computer system in the house and laptop while you are in journey. But the execution of the software was not good and it launching in the market for the sale of the smartphone was also not encouraging so this software has been finished quietly.

This software was launched in various smartphones including Atrix 4G for AT&T which was built for the qualities of both devices including laptop accessories and it can be functioned with some computer functionality and  various sources called it the computer mobile of the future.

This software was also launched in various other mobiles including Photon Q, Droid Razr Maxx HD, Droid Razr M and Droid Razr HD but due to killing off this software, now webtop will not be available in all smartphones including the above mentioned mobiles. With the arrival of various other latest technologies of desktop file features, the software of webtop will be unnecessary. There are some other unknown sources who claimed that Motorola finished their project of installing of webtop software on the orders of Google.
