The rumors which will hardly going to raise any eyebrows is that a successor is going to be released by LG called as Optimus G successor. The things get more exciting when we also got to learn the some of the purported specs of the device.

A quad core 2.0 or 2.5 GHz, Krait processor, an 320 GPU Adreno and at least 2GB of RAM, is reportedly going to be packed in the LG Optimus G2 (or perhaps G II). The part of Chip maker’s upcoming Prime lineup, the Qualcomm’s MSM8974 chipset, all the above features sound a lot like this.

With the resolution of 1080p, there is going to be a newly developed LG display at the front. For smartphones, we all have already heard that LG is working on a 1080p screen, and the Optimus G successor will be the first to employ it, which is only logical.

Since 13MP snapper is already offered by the current generation Optimus G on its back, so the camera 13MP or more will be present in this Optimus G successor, for sure.

The nest LG flagship will be powered by the Android version, which will be 5.0 Key Lime Pie, as according to the rumors.

Next year, the Optimus G2 will hit the market and meanwhile at the release of Q3, LG is (supposedly) aiming, which quite makes sense, and given that in Q2 of next year, the Qualcomm chipset is only going to become available.
