There will be three memory options of 16 GB, 32 GB and 64 GB for the upcoming HTC flagship One M10 while its codename is Perfume. This news has been leaked by a famous website known for the mobile leaks.

The site also told that these storage options will be available according to the market of mobile. Apart from various internal storage, there are also rumors that the device will have two different hardware and they also will be available according to the market. One will be powered by an unknown MediaTek SoC while the other one will be available with Snapdragon 820.
There are also rumors about other specs of the device that include Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, camera combination of 12MP/ 5MP UltraPixel, 4 GB RAM and 5.1” QHD AMOLED touchscreen display. A fingerprint scanner is also expected to be in the device. Just recently, HTC has released a One M10 teaser image for the customers.
