It was clearly indicated that sometime in the future in China, Samsung is planning to bring the Galaxy Beam 2 but about the smartphone’s full specs or release date we did not have any details.

On the Samsung China official website, the rumored Galaxy Beam 2 has just been listed, as reported by SammyHub. But unfortunately, the price and date for sale are not mentioned and we are not clear about them.

We are hoping that the smartphone will be brought to other countries by Samsung later but it will release initially only in the mainland China, we suspect. However, one thing is for sure through the pictures that purchase of Galaxy Beam 2 will be possible through China Mobile career.

The Galaxy Beam 2 has made a major improvement over the previous model as it’s a mediocre Android smartphone still and that’s the only thing that we certainly know.

For example, it has been confirmed that Galaxy Beam 2 will ship with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS and even for a mid-range device, it is quite old rather.

All the other features of Galaxy Beam 2 are similar to mid-range handsets except the mini-projector that has been included on its top side.

Samsung Galaxy Beam 2 comes with 4.66” TFT capacitive touchscreen display with WVGA (400×800 pixels) resolution and a 1.2GHz processor.

It is also mentioned that it also includes 2600mAh battery and offers connectivity options of Wi-Fi, GPS and Bluetooth.

Samsung also mentioned that Galaxy Beam 2 features a front-facing camera for video calls, a 5MP rear camera with video recording and LED flash and also it is made of metallic alloy. It didn’t mention anything about storage and RAM of Galaxy Beam 2.
