The Samsung is going to showcase its much discussed three variants of Galaxy S Series and Z Flip foldable phone today in its unpacked 2020 event today. As in past weeks rumors and news showed that the Galaxy S Series in being launched instead of Samsung’s logical series S11 with some latest innovations and updated technology.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 is expected to have a design same as A71. The Galaxy S20 is housed with a similar rectangular camera and a similar punch hole in the center of the display. The display of the mobile is 6.2-inch WQHD+ (1440 x 3200 pixels) Dynamic AMOLED display. It may have 1080p mode and will also have a refresh rate of 120Hz like other mobiles of the series.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 is expected to come with Snapdragon 865 chipset in some regions, while in others, it will come with the Exynos 990 at the helm. Internally, onboard storage of the device will be 8GB or 12GB/128GB. The mobile phone will be available in two variants one without 5G support and other with 5G support. The software version of the phone will be One UI 2.0 skinned Android 10.

Cameras

As per news and rumors the S20 will be housed with a triple sensor rear camera with a 12MP main wide sensor, 64 MP telephoto lens, and 12 MP ultra-wide sensor. The camera will be backed by 3x optical zoom, up to 30x digital zoom and up to 8k 30 FPS video recording. The front camera will be equipped with a 10 MP single sensor for selfies.

The Galaxy S20 will be powered with a battery of 4000 mAh with 25W of fast charging feature.

The non-5G variant (8GB/128GB) will be available at €900 in Europe, £800 in the UK and $1000 in the US. The 5G variant (12GB/128GB), on the other hand, will set consumers back by €1,000 in Europe and by £875 in the UK.

The center of the display also has a punch hole like S20. It display size will be 6.7-inch WQHD+ (1440 x 3200 pixels) Dynamic AMOLED display that will feature a 120 Hz refresh rate.

The camera specifications of the Galaxy S20+ are quietly same as of the S20. But the difference is that it is additionally provided with ToF sensor. The selfie camera and the rear camera specifications and features are identical.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra is rumored to come with a huge camera setup. The camera width size varies to half of the device. The camera is equipped with quad sensor and an LED flash. The camera aisle has two divisions based on texture. The glassy part has camera sensors whereas the LED flash is housed in matte part at the bottom. A 6.9-inch WQHD+ (1440 x 3200 pixels) Dynamic AMOLED display featuring a punch-hole similar to its siblings is built in the Galaxy S20 Ultra.

According to rumors, Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra will come with a quad-sensor rear camera with a 108 MP main sensor joined by a 48 MP telephoto lens, 12 MP ultra-wide sensor and time of flight sensor.

At the front, the smartphone will feature an impressive 40 MP single sensor for selfies.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip is a foldable device that is designed with a dual camera mounted horizontally. The display size of the is featured with ultra thin glass (UTG) and has 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED Infinity-O display with 2636 x 1080 resolution and a 22:9 aspect ratio. It is protected with plastic film. As per renders and rumors the phone has a mini 1-inch screen. The device gives a bulky look.

The Foldable Z Flip will also come in a Thom Browne edition, featuring the designer’s signature stripes. The phone, its casing, and the galaxy buds will be tweaked externally with hard-to-miss red, white and blue bars on top of a silver background.

Internals and Storage

As far as the internals of the Galaxy Z Flip are concerned it will be powered by a Snapdragon 855+ chipset topped with 256 GB onboard storage and 8 GB RAM. According to Winfuture, it will not come with support for storage expansion.

On the software side, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip will run on One UI 2.1 based Android 10 OS.

Cameras

The Mobilewill come with 12MP dual-pixel AF + 12MP ultra-wide rear camera, and 10 MP single sensor camera on the front is expected.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip is housed with 3300 mAh battery with 15W fast charging feature. The phone will be available at the price tag of $1400in the US.
