The Japanese tech giant, Sony is going to hold a launch event on 14th April 2021. The company is expected to bring latest premium phones for the year. According to some leaks and rumors the company is set to bring the Sony Xperia 1 III and the leak also has revealed some specifications before the launch.
The Sony Xperia 1 III will be a successor of the previously launched Xperia 1 III. According to leak, the phone will have a display of 6.5 inch 4K display and will have an OLED display and a 120 Hz refresh rate. It will have 1300 nits, billion of colors similar to OnePlus 9. The design of the handset is expected to be same like the Xperia 1II.
Internally, the Sony Xperia 1 II will be equipped by flagship chipset Snapdragon 888. The phone will be topped by 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. The Chinese variant is expected to have 16GB RAM.
As for the camera specifications, the phone will have a triple camera setup with 64MP main sensor, a 12MP ultrawide unit, and a 12MP periscope camera capable of 60x lossless zoom with Sony’s Cyber-Shot optimizations.
The Sony Xperia 1 III is expected to be powered by a 5,000mAh battery with a support of 65W fast charging. The phone is expected to make its official debut in China on first June and will cost around $1300.
