The Chinese smartphone maker, Vivo is going to bring an affordable phone soon. According to reports, the company is launching a new phone in the iQOO Neo 5 series. The upcoming phone will be a lite version of the series which is dubbed as iQOO Neo Vitality Edition.
Being a Lite version, the handset will have less features as compared to the original model. The phone will come with LCD panel instead of AMOLED and slower charging speed as well.
Design and Display
The iQOO Neo 5 Vitality Edition comes with smaller display of 6.56 inch LCD panel with FHD+ resolution with a refresh rate of 144Hz. The phone also comes with 480 nits max brightness with a support of HDR10. The selfie camera is mounted in the punch hole display and moved to the right corner. The power button is placed at the right side and doubles as fingerprint sensor as well.

While coming to internals, we see that, the iQOO New Vitality Variant has same internal specifications like top end variant. The comes with flagship Snapdragon 870 SoC mated with 256GB UFS 3.1 storage and has 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM to boost the performance. On the Software side, the iQOO Neo 5 runs on Android 11 featuring OriginOS 1.0.
Cameras
The iQOO Neo Lite Version is equipped with as 48MP camera setup with a wide-angle lens, an 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 2MP depth sensor for portrait shots. This camera can record 4K videos and 1080p slow-motion videos. The phone is also featured with 16MP punch hole camera for selfies.
Battery and Pricing
The phone is fueled with 4,500mAh battery but the fast charging support is decreased as compared to top end variant. The phone is provided with 44W fast charging support which can charge the phone up to 70% in just 33 minutes. For better charging and gaming performance, the Vivo iQOO Neo Lite is featured with a liquid cooling heat dissipation system to keep the phone cool.
The Vivo iQOO Neo 5 Vitality Edition has been launched in China officially. The phone comes in Polar Night Black and Ice Peak White colors at the price tag of $357.
