The Xiaomi has already teased about the launch of its upcoming flagship K40 series under its subsidiary Redmi. Now the company has officially confirmed the launch date of its Redmi K40 series. According to company, the Redmi K40 series will hit the market on 25th February 2021.

Redmi is currently set to introduce this series with a new design and experience. No more details are revealed in the launch poster of Redmi K40. According to previous rumors and leaks, the series will comprise of three variants of the mobiles including Redmi K40, a K40 Pro, and K40S.
The phones in the series will have centered punch-hole display with support for a high refresh rate. the phones will not have any notches and punch hole cutouts. Internally the Redmi K40 vanilla model is expected to be equipped with the upcoming Snapdragon 7-series SoC or Dimensity 1200 chip while the pro variant will come with the Snapdragon 888. The series may not contain charger in the box.
The phones in Redmi K40 series are expected to be powered by a bigger battery than 4000mAh and will come at the starting price tag of $464.
