Sao Paulo, A digital bank located in Brazil has adopted the different method for the verification of the account holders to make the payment to the users. The bank claims that this method is very effective in identification rather than the traditional method of identification through password and fingerprints. The bank claims that this method is introduced on the first stage. When it will get the confidence from the users, it will be used for the identification for making all small and big payments. When the amount paid by any account holder, exceeds to the particular limit, then the banking app on the smart phone becomes active and it gives the message to the users to take the selfie, then this selfie is sent to the server of the bank where the latest identity software takes the analysis of the features of the face and after getting the verification, the amount is transferred.
The particular thing is that this process takes few second and during this time, the system analyzes over the dozen features of the face present in the selfie of the users and it is cp[are with the images of the users, which are already saved in the database of the bank and it is confirmed that the selfie sender is the bank user or someone different.
The Brazilian digital bank said that this method is very effective and secure than the credit card, debit card, password and fingerprints because the software of the bank provides them 100% accurate information to them.
The bank also claims that the same faced or twin people cannot make this identification system foolish because the apparently looking two same faces have at least some differences but they can be watched closely. This identification software has the capability to reach to this very small difference between these two faces.
The experts of the information security show their hopes already that the face detection technology will be developed and it will reach to this stage of 100% accuracy in which the artificial intelligence will play great role. This technology will be used in every department of life without any fear and it seems that such period is now arrived.
