The Ministry of Information and Communications Technology is considering seven organizations to adopt 5G services in the country. According to official statement, the Ministry of Information Technology and Communications is currently examining options to launch 5G services in Pakistan in a timely manner.
In this case, the following tracks have been tested to receive 5G service as low, medium and high bandwidth.
- 700 MHz;
- 2.3 GHz;
- 2.6 GHz;
- 3.5 GHz;
- MiIIi8meter wave bands;
- C-Band (3.6 – 4.2) GHz;
- Unlicensed Backhaul Frequency bands (P2P & P2MP).
Given this category, the ministry asked the Meteorological Division. (FAB) The government, which currently divides the supply of all 5G channels into the aforementioned sources, plans to launch 5G home services in December 2022. This opens up new avenues for investment and accelerates it to continue to achieve its goals.
According to a ministry official, last year, the Communications Authority of Pakistan (PTA) gave mobile users the opportunity to test and test 5Gt. limited specific conditions and advantage-based technology. PTA has launched “Future Work for Advanced Technology (especially Pakistan 5th Mobile (5G) Wireless Network))” to facilitate testing / testing of 5G technology and related services only in Pakistan.
With the rapid growth of mobile data and the improvement of cellular network connectivity, we are focusing on the next 5 mobile (5G) technologies that are of interest to users. Starting with IMT-2020, this technology is considered a complete wireless access system with the ability to meet the needs and requirements of mobile networks. This is a very different situation. Work with any connection on different devices. New application and use issues, according to the PTA.
The status of the IMT2020 is much higher than that of modern communication systems. ITU will work hand in hand with all 5G stakeholders to improve IMT 2020 data and provide the right spectrum and identification environment. IMT 2020 will be the basis for all activities related to the achievement of the objectives set out in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
