Launching 4G Version Nokia 3310

Nokia has launched the new version of Nokia 3310, which supports 4G LTE. This handset will be released in China and it will also be released in other parts of the world very soon.

It is said that the original phone was launched during February last year with the 2G radio and after one year, HMD brought the updated 3G version with better keyboard, increased storage and more colors. It is natural that 4G version is provided in the market with its feature set and it would be OS, which is forked version of Android called YunOS. This is departure from previous Java-based operating systems of 3310.

150 Mbps Speeds

As android is added so you do not expect to have good app support. The network speeds are reached to 150 mbps and phone will be available with China mobile network, which is the part of the deal in the country. You can also get the features of Wi-Fi hotspot to its faster LTE network and the support for VoLTE and Wi-Fi. The life of battery has taken the hit an with LTE talk time of 5 hours, it can be enhanced to 15 hours on 2G.

The RAM and storage have been raised to 256 MB and 512 MB and rest of the package is added with 2.4 inch display and 2 MP camera is same.

Price and Availability

This model of the handset will bring in black and blue color and the pricing details are not shared with the clients. It is expected that the $20-30 premium over 3G version costs about $60. This handset is now available in China now and HMD Global is the licensor of Nokia Phones, which has not outlined the plan to release the smart phone in Pakistan.
