In response to Samsung’s recent launch of their latest foldable phones, the competition among rival companies is heating up. Honor  has already confirmed a launch event on September 1, and now, Oppo is gearing up to unveil its new line of foldable devices later this month.

The spotlight at this unconfirmed Oppo launch event is expected to

shine on the Oppo Find N3, with speculations suggesting that the Find N3 Flip variant will also make its debut. These third-generation foldable devices won’t be the only stars of the show, as Oppo is also set to introduce the Oppo Pad Air 2 tablet and the Oppo Watch 5 series.

Let’s dive into what we know about these upcoming releases:

Oppo Find N3 and N3 Flip

Leaked reports have provided a sneak peek into the features of the highly anticipated Find N3. Among its highlights is a powerful 3.36GHz Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, accompanied by a triple-camera setup that boasts a standout 64MP periscope telephoto lens. Additionally, users can look forward to lightning-fast 50W wireless charging, making sure the device spends more time in their hands than on charging pads.

Meanwhile, the Oppo Find N3 Flip is poised to carry forward the design and specifications of its predecessor, the Find N2 Flip. The main divergence between the two models lies in their camera systems. While the Find N2 Flip was equipped with a dual-camera arrangement, the N3 Flip is rumored to introduce an upgraded triple-camera module, with a notable 32MP telephoto camera at the forefront.

Oppo Pad Air 2 and Watch 5

While details about the Oppo Pad Air 2 are scarce, one piece of information stands out: the tablet will house an impressive 8,000 mAh battery and feature 5G connectivity, ensuring users stay connected and powered up.

Turning our attention to the Watch 5 series, it’s worth noting that the numbering skips “4″ due to cultural superstitions surrounding that number in China. The Watch 5 is anticipated to sport a curved AMOLED display, complemented by a substantial 570 mAh battery and eSIM support. The smartwatch is expected to be available in sleek variations of white and black carbon fiber.

Encompassing the Watch 5 series are two models: the standard Watch 5 and the more advanced Watch 5 Pro. While the details about these models remain to be fully disclosed, they promise to offer a blend of style, innovation, and functionality.

As the launch event approaches, the excitement surrounding Oppo’s new releases continues to build. While the focus is mainly on the Find N3 series, Find N3 Flip, Oppo Pad Air 2, and the Watch 5 series, it remains uncertain whether there will be any other surprise unveilings from the tech giant.
