Wi-tribe is set to deploy in Pakistan as the first high speed LTE Advanced network and it will be provided in May 2017. According to the details, wi-tribe has signed the agreement with Huawei for the provision of high speed wi-tribe services, which is billed as 4.5 G and this network is provided in at least five cities where the wi-tribe services are already provided.
This is the newly planned LTE advanced network, which wi-tribe will provide the speed of up to 100 mbps per household in few months and this speed will be increased to 200 mbps per household by the end of 2018. This will be the time, when more advanced CPEs will be provided with the similar technology and it will deliver speed of 400 mbps per household in 2019.
When it is deployed, then wi-tribe will be the first operator in South Asia and Middle East to deploy this technology on 3.5 GHz spectrum. Wi-tribe has shared the statement and this network up-gradation is part of $50 million investment plan of HB Group. When they acquired wi-tribe from national telecom company of Qatar, then they announced this investment plan.
The chairman of Supervisory Board of Wi-tribe and former Minister of UK Government, Shahid Malik commented on the investment that over 1 million household will get the access to fastest wireless home broadband service in Pakistan in just six months with the use of most advanced technology, which is now provided across the world.
When you consider the amount of data on wi-tribe, you will find it as a revolution, which is offered to the customers and it will mean the lightening speeds of about 100 mbps for single user household. This type of speed is not provided in the industry and it is added with excessive GB volumes available, they will offer the best internet packages in Pakistan when you consider its speed, reliability, volume and value for money. This network up-gradation is second big investment in wi-tribe after getting multi-million dollar spectrum in august 2016 and it is double to the capacity of its network.
Shahid Malik has revealed the future prospects of the advanced network and it is the start of the investment journey and at the end of 2018, the wi-tribe made the plan to deliver bandwidth speed of 200 mbps to single user household. When CPE technology is provided with LTE-A, it is added with 8 transmit and 8 receive technology and the company will deliver the beyond lightening fast speed of 400 mbps in 2019.
With the deployment of LTE Advanced network, wi-tribe will be in the position to provide wonderful broadband internet services for home and business users and they are added with digital entertainment solutions and live TV.
