With the launch of the affordable Realme 8 5G, the company has now introduced another series of affordable 5G enabled phones in China. The series consists of cheapest phones with high end specifications and features.
Design and display
The series comes with a make-up model, the Realm Q3 Pro, and a Samsung Galaxy S20 design. It has a similar rectangular camera bump and is built around a 6p inch AMOLED panel with 1080p resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate, 360 Hz touch sampling rate, and full DCI-P3 color space coverage. The fingerprint sensor is attached to the bottom of the display.
Realme Q3 and Q3i, on the other hand, have a Realme 8 5G-like design that broke the cover yesterday. The handsets have a 6.5-inch LCD panel with 1080p resolution, 600-bit peak brightness, and 96% coverage of NTSC color aspects. The fingerprint reader is on the side, which is built into the power button.
Mainly two handsets are different with eachother in terms of refresh rate. The Q3 comes with a 120Hz refresh rate while the Q3i is off at 90Hz. The touch sampling rate of both the handsets is 180 Hz.
Internal and storage
As far as the internals are concerned, the Realme Q3 Pro has a 6NM dimension above 1100 chip with 6GB RAM and 128 or 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. It is also equipped with Dolby Atos support and stereo speakers with high resolution audio.
Realme Q3 and Q3i are powered by Snapdragon 750G (8nm) chipset and Dimensity 700 chipset (7nm) respectively. The Vanilla model offers 6GB or 8GB RAM options with 128GB storage, while the original MQ3i is available in two variants of 4GB / 128GB and 6GB / 128GB. ۔
The Q3 and Q3i handsets also support expandable storage via a dedicated memory card.
Camera
The Pro model has a triple camera rear camera setup with a 64MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra wide angle camera, and a 2MP macro camera. The front camera has a 16 MP sensor. The system is capable of recording 4K videos at 60 fps.
Realm Q3 has a similar setup but instead of 64 MP sensor, it has 48 MP sensor. Meanwhile, the Realme Q3i comes with 48 MP + 2 MP + 2 MP rear camera configuration. Both phones have a 16MP single sensor shooter on the front.

Battery and pricing
The Real MQ3 Pro 3000 packs a 4500 mAh battery with fast charging. It will be available for sale in China next week and will be priced at Rs 5,245.

The Realme Q3 and Q3i are powered by the same 5000 mAh cell but charge 18W instead of the latter 30. They will go on sale on April 29 at 200 and 155 respectively.
