Alcatel aims Captured 10% of market in Pakistan

In the whole world, Alcatel has 21 factories and 23 research and development facilities. Durrani said that Pakistani mobile phone users are facing severe problems due to power outages due to which threir company will launch phones with massive batteries. In the next 3 months, phones with minimum 5000 mAh battery will be launched by their company.

He added that people are now spending more time on their mobiles as compared to their families and friends which is good and also a bad trend.

Ejaz Hussain, Director United Mobile, said during the occasion that 40% of the customers are buying smartphones while other 60% are interested in phones with features. But the trend will change completely till 2020. He told that data of PAT shows that internet will be used by 80% of the mobile phone users till 2020.
