After Apple and Microsoft, the Chinese tech giant, Huawie is also set to plan to manufacture its own laptops powered by its own Kirin chipset inside. It seems that companies are moving away from Intel and gradually adopting their own processors in the laptops and Pcs. A recent report reveals that Huawei is planning to manufacture a Matebook with a Kirin Chipset support inside.
In a recent leak, the specifications and features of the first flagship laptop of Huawei are revealed. On a Weibo leak, a shipping box of the laptop is shown in the image with a list of specs.
According to specifications mentioned in the image, the Huawei’s Matebook laptop will have the powerful Kirin 990 SoC with 5G support and mated with 8GB RAM and 512GB Storage.
The display size of the Huaweui laptop will be 14 inch with a 1080p resolution. The laptop will come in space grey color option. On the software side, laptop will likely to come with Linux-based Deepin OS but hopefully, it will run on Harmony OS. The leak also revealed the name of the laptop as Qingyun 140. It will be hopefully cheaper than Matebook 14.
Huawei, is yet to confirm all about its upcoming laptop officially, we can assume that, like other products, the company will unveil it in China first.
