LG presented the L Series III range of affordable smartphones at Mobile World Congress of this year and it comprised of three devices including LG L70, L40 and L90. Soon, L80 will be the fourth member of this lineup and today, we’ll talk about this new mid-ranger.
The images of L80 dual-SIM version shows there are four capacitive touch buttons at the front including multi-tasking, menu, home and back. We’ve seen a physical home button in the earlier trio and expect the same one in single-SIM L80.
Apart from the leaked images, there are also few information about the smartphone hardware specs. A 5” display with 800×480 pixels resolution will be sported by LG L80. Apart from 1GB of RAM, the smartphone will also be powered by 1.2GHz quad-core processor.
Its 4GB internal memory can be expanded through microSD card. It runs out of the box on Android 4.4 KitKat and a 2540mAh battery is present inside the L80. LG Knock Code is an important feature on the software side of this device. By tapping in specific pattern on the screen, you can unlock your smartphone through this feature.
