R7 one comes with 16 GB storage while the R7 Plus comes with 32GB and a microSD slot is available if you are wondering to live without the secondary SIM slot.

Both the devices carry a 13MP main camera behind an f/2.2 lens on the back of the devices. The R7 model comes with detection autofocus and a single LED flash which completes the photo while on bigger version contains a laser autofocus and a dual LED flash.
