Samsung UK says no Lollipop for Galaxy K zoom

The Galaxy K zoom smartphone was announced in April 2014 and it released couple of months later while it will not get the Android 5.0 Lollipop update, according to Samsung. At the moment, Android 4.4.2 (KitKat) is the recent version of the device.
The UK body of the Samsung Company announced this information by using twitter. But no reason is given about the cancellation of the update.
The Galaxy K zoom also has the combination of a normal smartphone with a point and shoot camera which is much similar to the Galaxy S4 zoom. The features of this camera are a 10x, 24-240mm F3.1-6.3 zoom lens with optical image stabilization (OIS) and a 20.7 MP 1/2.3 BSI CMOS sensor.
Other imports specs are 2430 mAh battery, 8GB expandable internal memory, 2GB RAM, 1280 x 720 resolution Super AMOLED display and an Exynos 5 Hexa SoC.
